The service

Lafzoo gives a business a desk: chat tools for its staff and customers, and a dashboard of the orders, invoices or records they produce. We set the desk up with the business and support it on WhatsApp.

The business stays in charge

Lafzoo reads messages and prepares orders, invoices and records, but the business checks and confirms them. Prices, fees and totals come from the business's own price list and settings. The business is responsible for the information it enters, for the prices it charges and for what it sends to its customers.

Fair use

Don't use Lafzoo to send spam, to deceive people, or for anything unlawful. Customer chats have rate and daily limits to prevent abuse; we may pause a desk that is being misused.

Payment

Each plan has a fixed monthly fee shown on our pricing page (Enterprise fees are agreed in writing). There is no setup fee and no long contract; a business can stop at the end of any paid month.

Availability

We work hard to keep Lafzoo running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. If it is, messages are kept and handled once the service is back. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the last month.

Data

The business owns its data. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy. A business can ask for an export or for its data to be deleted when it leaves.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll tell our customers on WhatsApp or by email before the change applies.
