What counts as a message?
- Only messages sent to your desk count. The desk's replies, your answers and button taps are free, so a question and its answer count as one message.
- Typed message: anything written, in any language. A long message with ten items is still one.
- Voice note and photo are counted separately, because reading them costs more.
Example: a customer types an order, sends a voice note to add two items, then taps Confirm. That is 1 typed message and 1 voice note.
Every plan starts free: set up in about 10 minutes, then change plan when you're ready. Prefer help? One of our team can sit with you and do the same setup together, at no cost. Most orders take one to three messages. No contract; change or cancel any month.

Good to know
Our rates change every day.
Update a rate in the price list (or upload a new sheet) and every new order uses it. Confirmed orders keep the rate they were priced at.
Can the weight change after packing?
Yes. Edit the quantity on the order before confirming and the invoice uses the packed weight.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. Your staff use the desk in their phone's browser (it can be added to the home screen). Customers who order themselves open your order link or scan your QR code.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Today your staff forward or share WhatsApp orders into the desk in one tap. A direct connection to your business's WhatsApp number is on the way; your prices and history stay the same when it arrives.
What if it misunderstands an order?
Anything it isn't sure about is shown as “did you mean…?” or “not in the price list”. It never guesses a product or a price. Fix it in one tap and it learns that name.
Who sets the prices?
You do. AI only reads what was asked for; every rate, discount, delivery fee and total comes from your price list and settings, calculated by code.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is kept separate and never shown to anyone else. Voice notes are deleted after a few days; the text is kept.
